SHIPPING.
After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged then dispatched within 14 business days. Your artwork will arrive ready to hang with cord and D-rings.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
• All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Laura Oczos is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
• All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow up to 14 business days production time.
Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2 - 10 business days.
If you require by a specific date please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.
TRACKING.
We will keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, you can track your order through the following ways:

RETURNS.
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
